I’ve been following the author’s Instagram for a couple years and the sketches he makes of his everyday life could make anyone’s day better. Each sketch (no matter how simple) emphasizes the beauty in little, easily overlooked, parts of life. When I heard he was publishing some of his drawings, I had to get a book for myself. The drawings are only about him and his wife, so I really hope they publish another book to include some of the later drawings with their kiddos. I will definitely be buying a copy of that too!
I enjoy looking at this book all the time. It would make a great gift for artists, those who appreciate art, those who just got engaged, wedding gift, or first baby gift. Very uplifting love story portrayed via sketches and drawings. We should all be so lucky to have a husband who loves us so much (and can draw) he documents the moments of our lives for posterity. ♥ï¸
I have been following Curtis and Jordin since he started his 360 days of drawing challenge and was so very excited when I heard he had a book coming out. It is such a beautiful, genuine look into shared life, relationship, and love. Curtis so lovingly depicts the highs and lows of all relationships and it is simply encouraging and heart warming. Perfect gift or addition to your bookshelf/coffee table. I hope to get a drawing of my husband and I in our book one day.
